Current Claims Management
Our experienced claims specialists are qualified to manage all aspects of claims, from initial entitlement to full recovery. This includes review of accident investigation for initial entitlement, controlling various aspects of medical management and coordinating modified duties in the most cost effective manner while minimizing time loss. We have a comprehensive management strategy which can include expediting procedures or medical consultations through our established affiliates.
We are available to manage individual claims on an “as needed” basis for those difficult and time consuming claims.
Retrospective Claims Audit
A review of historical claims to identify opportunities for retroactive cost relief. To begin this process all that is required is signatures on the necessary paperwork to allow us to act on your behalf. No interruption to your daily business activities.
Claims are then identified for cost relief or cost removal. Once claims have been identified we would begin our process by requesting the claim files and confirm cost relief/removal opportunities. We then begin with our initial submission to the Board and follow with any additional submissions for appeal processes if necessary. If required we will obtain an independent medical opinion with a specialist in the area of injury.
Past efforts have resulted in significant returns in loss opportunity costs. Our fee is built into your savings and are charged on a contingency fee basis.
